Jennifer is a California Licensed Business Broker with M & A Business Advisors, the Leader in Business Sales & Acquisitions. Jennifer has earned the designation of Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) from the Exit Planning Institute (EPI). Jennifer has also been a successful business owner with over 20 years of ownership and experience in the Health Care and Senior Care Industry having owned and operated Home Care agencies in both California and Colorado.

We focus on Health Care Industries: Hospice, Home Health, Home Care, Assisted Living specifically. For many years I owned and operated Home Care/Home Health Agencies and I have a unique insight to what these entities need to build both intangible value and tangible value to achieve a successful exit.
Process
During an initial phone consultation with a prospect we determine together what the business owners goals are. We identify if they want to sell now or if they interested in building value to sell in years to come. Depending on the outcome of the call, we will either perform a Broker Opinion of Value – which will give them quantitative proof of the value for the business, then visit options at that point for listing the business. If building value is the goal, we have our prospect complete a Value Builder Score questionnaire which will tell us the areas of strengths and areas of opportunity for the business. We offer a 12 month program to help business owners move from concepts to action, integrating exit strategy practices into daily operations for their business by focusing on creating value. This way when the time comes to transition out of the business, they are poised for a successful exit.
I am a mother of 3, wife and entrepreneur. I love to read in my free time and enjoy outdoor activities, such as surfing, snowboarding, and boating. My passion is really to help change the lives of others and to lead by example showing others you can have it all. My mission is to help other business owners create value in their business and exit on their own terms, harvesting the wealth they spent years accumulating.
